TRS, FPT, Private, Partner and Group training sessions can be booked in the Collegeville, PA and Sea Isle City, NJ areas at this time (CDC recommendations and restrictions related to recreation, social distancing and disinfecting of equipment will be followed).
A TRS training session is a one hour personalized private lesson and will include:
Your KLaxlete Profile page will highlight you as a student athlete with a player resume and video clips from your KLax TRS. Your profile will be available for you to reference in emails with prospective coaches to give them a peak into your skills and training regime. This will allow them to get a full picture of you as a potential recruit and help put your name at the top of their watch list! Your KLaxlete Profile will not only showcase your TRS videos, but your lacrosse accolades, academic achievements, high school and club team information and a testimonial from Coach Kelley on you as an athlete. KLax offers 3 kinds of private training sessions that you can schedule based on your needs and group size!
Schedule a private training session with a KLax Coach to receive one-on-one training that focuses on stick skills, footwork, conditioning, shooting or anything you want to improve. KLax Coaches will help you break down your skill and improve your technique with maximum reps and individual focus.
Schedule a Partner Training session with a KLax Coach to work together to improve your skills with a friend or a teammate! You choose the area to focus on and we will develop a workout to improve your game!
Schedule a Small Group Training session (3-5 athletes) with a KLax Coach to work together to improve your skills with your teammates! You choose the area to focus on and we will develop a workout to improve your game!
Our Fitness Performance Training (FPT) classes are for adults wanting to improve their overall fitness and enhance their recreational sports performance. These sessions focus on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) utilizing the KLax Sports Performance model. Come out and have some fun while getting in shape! All you need are sneakers and a great attitude!
